SINO PROCESSING TIME 2018

Anyone in the same situation. I applied for SINP with employment offer. I applied 1st time in september 2017 and got the letter back ineligible in 3 weeks.

After completing all the requirements again. I applied in oct 2017 with new application since than my application is saying IN PROCESS.
Its over 3 months now.

Is it a good sign? Please advise and Thank you in advance.

SINP approval very difficult, especially for out lander applicants. They check employer documents, registration, etc. They pressurized to keep local guys in jobs.
