I’m a single mum with 3 children. I don’t have a divorce yet. How do I go about with my application. Do I put recently “legally separated “as i was recently Separated from my husband in December 2018 but not court papers to prove it. Will I need to put married in as my status. Will any documents be required from him like medicals which I won’t want to bother him with. I can get him to sign custody of letting me travel with the children. Please all response will be appreciated. Thank you
