Please guide me through getting express PR entry. The challenge here I face is.. I am single mother of 3 year old boy and legal disputes are going on including divorce process so please let me know if I will be eligible. Also in my country child below age of 5 has to reside with the mother only. Please advise.
What is the scope of software and network technicians there. Thanks

You must either have sole legal custody of your child - or your ex spouse must give permission for your child to move to Canada.

As I said, below 5 years the child comes under the custody of the mother by law.

As I said, below 5 years the child comes under the custody of the mother by law.

That may not be sufficient to comply with Canadian immigration requirements. Sole legal custody removes any parental control or decisions from the other parent.
