single entry visa question

please advice, my gf is on a 3 years work permit with a single entry visa ( went to canada april ). she wants to visit home ( guyana) soon. How would she go about going back to canada after she comes home.

She applies to CPP-Ottawa for a new TRV which allows her re-entry to Canada.

im sorry for the mix up, i meant her visa is multiple entry but her work permit is single entry, what can she do about that sir

The work permit states "doesn't not permit entry to Canada" or similar. She has a multiple entry TRV which allows her entry to Canada, she is allowed entry on the TRV not the work permit.
