Hello,
I am in Dubai on a student visa pursuing Masters in Applied Finance from the University of Wollongong Dubai. I have completed two semesters and my course will end in Jan 2018. I want to visit my sister in Toronto this Christmas. I want to apply for the visit visa. I am not working in Dubai My sister will send me all the documents including the letter of invitation and my brother in law will provide me all the financial and moral support. I am apply for the first time for the visit visa. I just need an advise that:

should I apply for the Single entry or a multiple entry visa from Dubai? As I have to mention it in the form.

My sister is a PR in Canada but my brother in law will sponsor me financially and morally. Is it OK to show the financial paper work from my brother in law?

I will also show some funds in my account as well with approx. $15000 Cad.

Please reply soon,
Thanks.

Where is that question? Be sure to have the latest version IMM5257.

Please give the section and question number where this is requested.

It is OK, but it is secondary. You have to prove that you can afford the trip, not them.

You don't get to chose. All applications are multiple by default. CIC decides if you are approved for a single or multiple.

It sounds like you are using the wrong form...

Yes it is not mentioned in the form that I have downloaded. I was told by my consultant in Dubai to apply for the Single entry visa.

It's time to get a new consultant.

Do you guys know any registered Canadian consultant in Dubai?

Honestly you don't really need one. You can do everything yourself.

I need to draft a strong letter about my present University NOC and invitation otherwise I understood every thing...
Thanks
