Singel/Not married but be asked "Proof of Relationship"?

Hi, I am working on upload document to checklist for AOR.
I am single and never married, however, there is a document ask me to upload "Proof of Relationship"?!
Does anyone can help me to figure out this situation?

Did you mention you have a relative in Canada? That's what the proof of relationship is for.

Proof of relationship is meant for uploading documents pertaining to any of your declared relatives in Canada.

So, it is means that I need to prepare the proof document which is about the relationship between me and those family member I declared, and upload these document into "Proof of Relationship". Am I right?
