Singapore VO experience? Anyone with MR

So finally after I received AOR2 in march, today I got a medical request from Singapore VO.
Anyone else in the same boat as me?
People whose applications are being processed at Singapore VO, how long does it take after medical request to PPR?
From experience how much of the processing you guys think has been done so far?
