(SINGAPORE VISA OFFICE)STILL "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE"

Hi Everybody,

today 3.5 months have been completed but still my ecas shows RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE instead of IN PROCESS. I sent them a email on 01/04/10 and the visa off. replied me on 07/04/10 as YOUR APPLICATION IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW. what does it means?
pleas share your comments and experience.

where you r from and ur visa off.?

the mail came from the following address:
re-singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
or u can go to the CIC webpage for Case Specific Enquiry
like this-click Find CIC offices/visa off. outside canada/select the region where your visa off. located/click visa off./ then go down/find Case Specific Enquiry/click the address given/continue/then-------.
there you will have to give some specific information on related to your file and submit

Singapore is really long these days. I don't know if I made a right decision to choose Singapore instead of Buffalo :-\ :-\
