Thank you for advise. Any idea how long we will receive Medical pass after we were done?

In our case it took one month to get medical passed. Don't worry about it. Only thing you can do it to use the webform to submit the medical documents if you received them from the clinic.

we saw another ghost update but nothing since DM. all quite on Singaporean front.

No, they didn't asked anything we have provided everything details when we send the application, still waiting for PPR. I see Singapore VO applicant getting PPR next day, wondering why it's different for different people.

Yes, there is a lot of discrepancies in their processing times. Not just SGVO... in general. Many have said processing times have a LIFO quality to it. A lot of luck is involved.
