My wife just got phone call from vfs, passport is ready for pick up ;D ;D
She will go to Bangkok tomorrow to pick it up

My wife sent her passport since 6 June , still no news yet. I tracked the passport then it is still processing in Singapore. Do you often track your wife passport ?

For our situation the vfs tracking system was not reliable, my wife got the phone call last nite to pick up passport but when I look on english version of vfs website it still show in process at svo. But when my wife log into website in thai it show "passport been dispatched on 30th". Just wait for the phon call

She loged in yesterday after lunch then see passport on 30th june, the day before she saw nothing. 30 minutes later she got the phone call

We have not been notified. We just saw the visa issue date on the visa itself when we received the passport.

I think I read somewhere in the forum, a member checked the English version of VFS and still "In Progress", but his spouse checked in Thai version and it updated as "Dispatch".

For our own situation, the English version updated to "dispatch" on Friday and the next Tuesday my wife received the sms from VFS to pick up the passport.

How long do I wait for SA when should I call

I believe it says 53 days for the assessment of the sponsor online. I would call after that if I was you.

My time line. (Vietnam)
- We received application for permanent residence on September 8 2015.
- Acknowledge receipt of your application on January 11, 2016
- We started processing your application on December 29, 2015
- We sent you correspondence on June 6 2016. ~ They request the medical exam again, since the last only had two months left. (medical exam good for one year lol)
- we received your medical reports.
The button changed from in progress to decision made.
- ** We got an email requesting her passport on July 4th 2016.
She sent her passport and photos today. (July 5 2016)

@ImBule and htquach: I saw February 2016 applicants got the passport request from Singapore VO on a Vietnamese facebook forum page I think you guys will have some good news in a next couple of weeks (or days 8))
