Hello everyone and phamhainguyen68,

I do not have anything such as

Medical : passed (although my wife did upfront medical and CiC note shows they have received it)

or security: started or not started (please note that I have a top secret clearance with the federal government)

however, I do have these points below:

Criminality: 0
Inadmissibility: 0
Misrepresentation: 0

I also do not have the B.F at the end of my comments, I only have "recommended WAV".

so,
1. Does anyone think I might have requested the ATIP too early? Should I request another ATIP?

2. I was also planning to go BD and visit my wife, but I recently got a new job offer and I wont be able to go see her now if I take this new job. (I haven't seen her for 11 months now). I was thinking if I should apply for visitor visa for my wife.

Does anyone know if this will create a conflict or anything if I apply for a visitor visa for her while her sponsorship is in process?

Thanks everyone.

Hi amipocha,

Please:
- Share your timeline with us. Also includes the date of your GCMS notes as well (i.e. when it was pulled from the system). Usually, we should orders notes at least 3-4 months after your AOR2.
- Share what Office commented in your notes (before "Recommended WAV" part).
- Share your current status of your Eligibility in your notes. I guess it is "Recommend Passed".

You do not want any positive number, other than 0 in Criminality, Inadmissibility, Misrepresentation sections. I believe they are the counts of your Criminality, Inadmissibility, Misrepresentation.

For the comment, "Recommended WAV" is what you need, the B.F. is just additional comment.

You can, for sure, apply TRV for your spouse to visit you. But it will have a high chance of being disapproval since the VO considers your wife has a very good reason to stay in Canada after her TRV expires. That reason is, of course, you and your relationship. So you have to prepare a concrete proof, for the TRV application, which shows the VO your wife has a very strong ties/bonds in her country.

Hi amipocha,

In regards to the TRV, I would highly recommend not bothering applying cos the chances are extremely high that it will be declined. Now, every case is different and there is always a possibility but my husband got declined twice. The first time the officer stated why he got declined, and then the second time we provided even more proof and the officers comment was that he didn't believe my husband would return to Malaysia. My husband has a job, A mortgage, car payments, student loans, his parents are there, perfect background check but nothing worked. I even wrote saying that we're legally married, but we haven't had our wedding yet, it'll be a wedding ceremony with almost a 1000 guests in July 2016 and because of our culture/tradition we won't be living together before the wedding ceremony but they still didn't accept it. He also mentioned that he only wanted the visa for two weeks cos that's how much vacation time he could get from work.. But no.

I'm not discouraging you, however I just wanted to share my experience with you. There are people whose spouses have gotten through, but it was not the case for us. Wasn't God's time yet I guess. Anyway, just hoping and praying for a PPR soon for everyone n:)

Having said that, as far I know it doesn't affect the sponsorship process.

Thanks to both of you for your reply. I wasnt aware that Visa officers are that serious about returning back to the country.

One quick question here as I actually requested ATIP 1 month after I received my AOR2 letter................. should I request a second ATIP? Or that is not a good idea as this may shows I am kinda desperate?

Ordering notes and applying for TRV will not affect your application at all.

Hello,

I was going to wait three months before requesting the ATIP but you guys/girls got me all excited. I just requested an ATIP!!! It is a long wait between AOR2 and DM, so this will keep me entertained. Will post once I receive something.

Good luck to all and may the force be with you.

I'll be ordering them each and every month until my wife gets her visa. At $5 a pop can't go wrong lol. I wanna know everything about our application and be updated every step of the way. We also just mailed a bunch of new relationship proofs to Singapore from our recent trip to Bali just in case lol.

Good luck to you too, and it's good to see this thread revived :)

Hi Everyone!!

Anyone here who has an idea on the timeline for PR application under economic class provincial nominee?
How long will it take from receiving the AOR/UCI until medical request?

Thanks!

You should ask in the economic part of the forum. This thread is in the family class part of the forum.

I have ordered GCMS notes last week. Lets see what it comes back with..

We Singapore VO need a lot patience... I just read through a few threads seems like this week quite a few people applied end of 2015 got DM (although from different VO)...
Hang in there.

Just got the new set of gcms note I had order on march 9th :) :) and what i found is:

Eligibility: recommend passed (update 28th jan) :P :P :P
criminality: not started
security: not started

marriage certificate: registered 27aug2015 thailand. Summary of development & length of the relationship: chance meeting on **.**.2014, married 8 month later.
photo seen. Proof of several visitits to Bangkok seen, ( 3 time in thailand) PA also visited him in canada, **.**.2015 to **.**.2015. first marriage for both. no children. PA is ** yrs old thai female, where she work. SPR is **yrs old (i'm 3 years older), my works, my salary. and then, ER letter on file. Possibly b.f. V.O to review info in french.

About the review info in french; it's the supporting letter that my family and friends write for us.
just one question, what they mean by ''possibly b.f)

That make my day :) for my understanding the interview will probably be waived???

If you're the sponsor and live in canada as pr or citizen I think CIC doesn't need your travel document. The travel document of the sponsored would be way more important!!
