I did not get my PPR .I saw ECAS In Process in 14/04/15 and it has changed to decision made today.
I went to local post office there was no mail from SVO.I sent a email SVO today.without PPR ecas change to DM ,is it normal?

Sorry I did not understand that your ppr was not issued as there is no time-line under your name.

As no PPR is issued yet and DM status has shown, you have to wait of email or letter from SVO.

We pray that you get your visa soon.

Any idea if PPR request comes separately from remedical,police clearance,updated biodata email. Wife got these requests via email but no ppr. Also status changed to in process before she recieved this email. What does this mean? Thanks for your thoughts.

We got our PPR by mail together with the request for remedical, photo, police clearence, most probably that 5664 form. SVO returned all pictures and other documents with the mail. This is normal case. I observed some times they ask PPR by email. status change is not dependable as you will understand when you will go back and read others posts in this blog.

But don't worry, you are interacting with SVO and you are not out of SVO's loop, it will take some couple weeks more. Just wait. You will get PPR and visa. what is happening to you it is normal.

But it is registered mail from Singapore, it has Singapore post office Registration no. You could talk with your local post office how you can track the Singapore registered mail ? You can get the Singapore Registration no from SVO.

My wife's application went to 'In Progress' in early March. Still no mail or email about PPR. We are from Bangladesh. Is PPR always by mail instead of email?

no not always. i think it depends if you ask to receive notice by email or by regular mail... all our communications have only come by email..

What are they called and how do you order them?
