Where does it say that?

Seems like there's quite a number of passports at sgvo. I have sent mine in 28th march, it seems like for a lot of people, it takes 5weeks to get it back, am also worried for my passport :)

Hi,

This is my first post in this forum, but I have visited forum before. My timeline is following;

Applied on : Feb. 2013

Transfer to Singapore: Mar. 2013

Received Letter about listed for interview: Feb. 2014.

Right now my spouse's file is on the interview list.

I have gotten the GCMS note it says: They are not satisfied with the evidence, need to know we are in contact, financial assistance, reception.

We did not have the big celebration at the time of wedding. so had few pictures and also got married in OCT 2012 and applied on Feb 2013 so did nt have much proof of building relation.

But i have visited again in 2013 and had all the functions done.

My question is: I would like to email visa office to ask them, if i can send the new evidences of our marriage and relation. Is it safe to attach pics and documents on the email ? I was thinking just add one or two new pic and my travel docs so they can understand i m telling the truth. If they approve then I will send all the documents later by mail. Is tht sounds right?

Also I have found following two email add, which one do I email?

Singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

spore @ international.gc.ca

I will appreciate everyone's input.

Thanks

How do you able to proof of contact if you call by VOIP?
How do you able to proof of financial support?

1) I use VOIP Buster to make calls from my computer and iPhone. There is a call log wherever calls are made. I can print it. I believe most providers have this option. Check yours.
2) Any document that states your spouse received money from you. For example, wire transfers, western union etc.

They write it in emails and when they say for questions it's says it may cause a delay if you email them about issues that aren't listed in the email requirements

any updates, anyone?

As Kaoisin82 said, all the stuck who applied around end of Feb and Mar. I sent mine via SVO on Mar-11. May be it will all start coming in one shot like Apr end / May 1st week; who knows :)

i hope Singapore passports will be faster.

End of the day, we don't need any visas stamping on Singapore passports. We just need the CoPR letter.

I don't even know what's taking them so long. Maybe there's a quota for day to day issuing of copr,

actually when we submit our passports, what are we expecting to be on the passport? is it a sticker or a form or a stamp?

They put a 'Immigrant' Visa Stamp on the passports. It looks the same as the Visitors/Student visa just mentions Immigrant in the Visa Type section.
