By the grace of Almighty Allah E-cas Status Changed to In Process after 17th months from Application. It shows "we started processing your file on March 4th". Pray for our reunification.
Does 'In Process' in Ecas status means application approved, no interview?

From April 1 - 15 and retun about May 2 the fare is CDN $ 1454 buy it from www.exploretrip.com, before buying call your travel agent to be sure of lowest price. Alaska will take you from edmonton to Seattle and from there to Dubai and dhaka by Emirate, same return. It is cheapest and very reasonable price. After April 15 price goes up. Give me your going and return date and if you are fexible 2/3 days I will be able to quote the price and website to buy the ticket.

avoid jet or turkish...travel by either etihad or emirates...by far the best..a bit expensive but way better service

Apparently Singapore is not accepting any passports at the moment because they are updating their systems. Anyone else experiencing the same delay?

After 6 weeks of waiting since her re-med, my wife contacted International Organization of Migration (IOM) to have her passport and police clearance letter sent to Singapore. However, she was told that Singapore CIC is currently not accepting any passports because they are updating their systems. I have sent Singapore an email to verify this delay.

Grrrrrrrrr this is news......!

My wife expects to send her passport to Singapore within 1 to 2 weeks......does that mean we should hold off sending it...? :o

How long did it take for the system to change to passport received after you sent your passport? We sent my wife's passport to Singapore which apparently arrived on February 26 (according to the tracking service provided by Thailand Post). However, nothing on the immigration system has changed yet.

We were not asked to send re-medical or police checks. The letter simply said "we are now ready to issue your visa, please send your passport with Appendix A". So, that's what we did. They said to wait up to 30 days for processing the visa. So, we are nearing 2 weeks of waiting now. However, there has been no confirmation from the High Commission that they have received the passport. I imagine we will hear something soon, however, the anticipation is incredible.
