But my wife only got a re-medical request though. The email had a 2-page PDF attachment. The first page explains about the remedical request, and the second page is a form that she has to bring to the physician. No words whatsoever about the second police clearance request...

then it means they didn't ask for a police clearance from your wife. they didn't ask from my wife too. did they ask your wife to submit her passport along with the medical Appendix C and A?

yeah I know what you are talking about. you have to give that form IMM1017E to the medical center for re-medical. Appendix C is a form that tells the details about the hospital name, physician's name and address and date you did your 2nd medical.

Anyway, do you think it's safe to assume that just because my wife hasn't got her 2nd police clearance at this time, it doesn't mean that she won't get one? Because I think that some people got their remedical request, and then within days/weeks, they in fact ended up getting the 2nd police clearance request.

And it's so slow to get a police certificate in Indonesia (you know....bureaucracy), so perhaps my wife should get a new one done anyway.....

I'm sorry friend, my knowledge is really limited in this since I haven't experienced this. So it's better if you ask this to Tweetsweet or other experience members like her.

They will ask u to submit police clearance when they request for your passport...

I sent the police certificate too in october , I ve got my access to information file and they say that the schedule a is still pending , what should I do they dont give me no news and I re-read the Email they sent in october 2013 it says that they ask for Immig photo and schedule A too in the same time of the re-med but I got no file or nothing that help me understand what is a schedule a . I want to send them right now but what is it ? what is the size of the immig photo and what should I do to send the schedule A even If I dont know what it is ? please somebody help me ?

And be careful guys , all the problem I have now that slowed down my stuff is because they bad spell my wife Email and since then I got to fight to get information of what I should do, its been 3 times already that I ask for acces to information to know what to do next , so watched them closely .

So, please visit www.cic.gc.ca and try to follow the instructions accurately for cic to process your file without difficulties.

Cic sent you a mail/email asking your for your passport. they didn't ask for pictures? they usually ask 4 copies of applicant's recent photographs (35mmX45mm) and one of the pictures will have applicant's name and DOB writen on the back.

I beleive they will return your file since it is considered incomplete. Please contact cic, email them or talk to someone really experienced in this matter. and you should act fast.

I dont know what your letter from cic says. But you have to do as it is instructed in that letter.
