As I understand Decision made means VO of CIC take a decision on your file (application will be either approved or rejected). Most of the cases it means they stamped visa on your PP. When they give the visa on the PP, status change to Decision made and address change to Canadian address (Spouse address).

Do not worry, in your case it is approved and they put the shiny stamp on your PP because they asked for DNA test, remed, PPR. In Refused case - they never ask for PP.

I am 100% positive. Do not worry about the e-cas too much. it's not always update properly.

NO NOT YET, i hope there is no other problem..

hello everyone,
My application status in cic site says application received on Sept-18. then I applied for her CSQ and also get that 2 weeks back.
They will send one copy of CSQ to singapore visa office I believe and sent me another 2 copies.

Now there is nothing to do from my end except waiting right?
Thanks

Hope we will get some good news in this week.

Hi Akhi,

Since you have already submitted your passport, I'd recommend checking the ppt status with the VFS tracking service ( http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/bangladesh/trackyourapplication.html ).

I've heard of cases where the ecas status stayed "In Process" even after the applicants got their passports with visa and the status changed to "Decision Made" only after they landed in Canada. In other cases, it changed to "Decision Made" right after the visa was issued. So the ecas status (and updates on it) aren't always very reliable.

Hi guys,

A couple of months ago, my wife and I sent some additional pictures and documents to support our relationship. Then, my wife's eCas just changed last Tuesday; it now says "In Process" :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2012.

2. We started processing your application on October 29, 2013.

3. Medical results have been received.

What does that status change mean? I've searched around, and some people say that it only means the VSO started to look at our case. Others say that it means that the interview has been waived... I don't know what to believe

thanks!
