When I go to the following page to request my gcms notes:

....... on the first page it asks "Are you requesting information on your own behalf?" Should I say Yes?
Evidently, only a Canadian Citizen or PR can request information. So, I would guess I am requesting information for me (as the sponsor of an applicant)
So, should I say YES or No to this question?
You said you requested information on behalf of your husband, so did you say No here or Yes? Because if you say No, then shouldn't they ask for permission from the applicant?
