No we were denied before we got married
When we applied this time included a copy of of the sponsorship approval letter marriage certificate as well as pictures ect and an invitation letter from me which included an itinerary of what we had planned.
I had plane tickets on hold for her to come to Canada and for me to return to Thailand with her after Christmas.
When she got to the counter the lady saw sponsorship approval and gave back her plane ticket all the pictures and said don't need these sponsor approved all ready....

Was this the first attempt at a TRV?
And what information was provided to the visa office in Bangkok?

Yeah good to know, i like Philipine people they are very nice i had friends in mtl from phil.. your wife must be a french speaker, i wonder if you would like TO is so crouded and also expensive.

It depends on the clients country of origin as i assume.

yes i would agree on that, some people from vietnam has been waiting as long as some of the bangladeshis on the interview list. we had our interview allready but they didnt get scheduled interview as of yet as taycaoco.

Good news is from what i see on our spreadsheet, all 2011 candidates are either complete, in process or the interviews done with.
Let's go 2012 candidates...Hopefully they will get us in process sooner.

well diya, it's actually a good thing, people who are waived interviews, their files directly go in process after a few months....only people who require interview are contacted this soon after file is transferred.
I saw the spreadsheet too, it looks like you should be in the safe zone....since they already crossed May and reviewing June onwards applicants now for interviews...
