Just receive my passport request mail and also they ask me for my police verification, re-medical and IMM 5669E ...a quick question if i fill up the from manual is their any problem or I have to type the from which one is better ....???

Since IMM5669 doesn't generate a barcode, it's fine to fill it out by hand, but make sure to write very clearly

My remedial paper are black and white because they send the request in to my home address in Canada my husband scan the paper and send it to me because it take at least 1week time if he Dhl that and the 30day time line finish in 23th June ...is this create a problem in my remedial ?

You can do remedical with this scaned black and white paper, no problem. But rush for the Police Clearence as it will take at least 7 days. You can do the remedical in one hour.

For the Passport Request package Appendix A form does the Principle applicant also write the sponsor's name? Or is it just for the Principle Applicant?

We wrote my name (sponsor name) as well. We were not sure if we had to, but it doesn't seem to me as very important : they will understand that your sponsor isn't someone "accompanying you to Canada" in the sense of "immigrant".

Just little bit worried about my passport actually now I have a new passport as my pervious passports page are finish so is their any problem because my re medical issued by my new passport number and SOV have my previous passport number is this create any problem in my visa processing

No... this won't be a problem
They understand that applicants need to get new passports

One day after decision made: Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Singapore, on 16/06/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection

I didn't as followed a previous post on this forum when my wife was filling the form. So she just put her information. Below is the post I had followed when she was filling her Appendix A
But as Maikan said, I don't think it matters much.

Anyone can advise regarding correctly filling out Appendix A that is received with Passport Request (PPR)? Should the Sponsor's information be filled out too under Spouse column even though the Sponsor is already in Canada?

No. Only the Principal Applicant and any children whether they are accompanying or not.

I see that some of your statuses have changed after or on the day of the passport/ re-medical request. My husband's ecas has changed to "In Process" on May 23, 2014, but he has not heard back from CIC with any requests. How long does it usually take to hear back once ecas status changes to "In Process"?

Did you get the passport request/ re-medical notification by email or mail?

I would highly appreciate it if someone could give some idea regarding these matter.

I think you will get an idea by looking at the excel file for Singapore on the time it takes to ask for PPR after status change to "in process".
For me it was almost a month as below:
ECAS change to `In Process`: Feb 11, 2014
PP sent via VFS: Mar 13, 2014

The PPR request came to me via registered mail as I used my address as her mailing address. But a lot of people got the PPR via email and some got even both. I didn't get any email though and not did my wife.
