Don't be discouraged by our timeline. We had something weird happen with our original vo. Just saying resign yourself for the worst and hope for the best. It could be much faster! Best of luck to you. I hope it's fast

Also tanni what is your timeline? One more post and you can fill it in on your profile. Are you sure bdorchy you are not confusing the ability to sponsor with the final approval?

strange!!! strange!!! strange!!!!

STRANGE THINGS HAPPENED TODAY!!!! first they asked me for right of permanent residence fee and asked to submit my passport. and today I just received a letter from Singapore immigration. they have sent me back all the pictures prove I provided them. (about 150 pictures by courier)... do you know it happened to anyone else that they returned all their pictures????

Not strange at all..... VOs all over the world very often do that.....which is a good thing, caz then you get to keep your relationship proofs, which surely contain lots of sentimental values

Yes don't worry it's standard to send your personal things back. Just means they are finished with that now. I expect my husband will be met with the same when he picks up his stuff. I told him to their away everything but our marriage certificate or give it to his mum. I gave them all my least favorite pics or copies ;-). I'm sure you'll get your good news soon saied!

I submitted my application on April 9 2013.
Application was accepted and forwarded to Singapore on May 3 2013.

Januray 10 2014- my husband received an email to submit his passport along with few documents.

We waited for 9 Months!!!

Please don't get discouraged by this, i pray that all of your applications are also processed quickly.

I was just wondering who is this "MNS" in the Singapore Time Excle spreadsheet? MNS has almost same lucky timeline like Tanni.

I asked myself this question for 2 years..everyday...every second...every hour specially when it was written in my notes that "Straight forward APP, No concerns Found."

Amazingly after it went in process on November 15th 2013..it took 1.5 months exactly to get PP back with Visa...so my last past was kinda fast to be honest.....after file sat for final review for 15 month almost..

Like I said previously that I saw in ECAS on Jan 8 that 'Decision is made' on Sponsor side and CPC-M sent a letter on Jan 7 about that. But till today Jan 20 I did not get any letter. I called today CIC call centre and a Representative told me that they sent me an email on Jan 8 with Sponsorship approval, but I did not received any such email, even in my junk mail. But he looked and informed me that my Sponsorship was approved on Jan 7 and file was supposed to be transferred to Singapore Visa office within next 2/3 days from SA. When I requested them to resend the SA by email, he told me that 2nd time they can not send email, they can only send it by mail and it will reach me within 6 weeks. On the otherhand the Applicant side ' Medical Result received ' updated on Jan 11.

Should I be worried for SA letter and what I can do ?

I will highly appreciate if someone update the spreadsheet of my data to SA -- Jan 07, 2014.

Also there is a mistake in the spreadsheet with my data that shows that 'Ecas updated to Decision made - Jan 08, 2014' which should be deleted.
