we might submit the passport a little early..planninh jan1st...

Nope. Including passport with our updated schedule a and criminal records check. It will take á couple of weeks to get. I think they are asking this to avoid extra delay because they made a mistake with the email originally. I hope the final review will be fast and the passport will return quickly avec visa. Really hope he can make it to spend my holiday break with me is my ultimate wish. But what a time to get introduced to Canadian weather!

Welcome Dec! This is final month of 2013, wishing all of us best luck in this month. Hope that "in process" applications will receive remedical and ppr in new week. And many "application received" will turn to "in process" very soon. ;D

Hey every one ..... I m new here :) ....... Hey sohana I think u and my husband has the same visa officer :( . You guys have the same time line :( ........ We still didn here anything back from them since October 2012. :( :( don't know when we are going to hear some good news!!!! :'(
I'm not trying to be a downer but we just went in process Nov 12 and the request to remedical etc 2 days ago. That was the first I'd heard from immigration since Singapore received our application and acknowledged so two years ago. It doesn't seem to often take that long, but be prepared to wait. We applied in August 2011. It's possible to finish much faster and good luck in this regard, but don't count on it and make yourself crazy. Order notes if you want to know what's going on and where they are at.

Don't worry. You applied les than a year ago. If you already went in process, count yourself lucky. If not you may have a ways to go. Again if you want to know what's going on, go onto ATIP site and order notes. Good luck!

I saw we had the same request for the remedical... did you have news so far...

Wow... things are shaking in Singapore :)

Question
Is everyone receiving their remedical request via snail mail or has anyone received via email?

Congrats everyone !!

Hi Viruta57,

looks like you got your re-medical on May 2013. Did you get your passport request yet? if not, did you email to SVO for your PPR? I did but did not get any reply from SVO.

Hey how do I order gcms note? How long does it take to get it? I am the sponsor. Can anyone help me out please :(.

It takes 30 days and $5 to get an answer if you are the Canadian person to ask and have the permission form filled out by the sponsored applicant. Get then to fill it out on smart phone and send it to you or print it, fill it out, and email a pic the Canadian can upload with the application. Otherwise it's more money and take longer. A scanned permission form is too big of a fileto upload, but if you screen shot it it will be small enough. Hope that helps.

my gcms note been 54days no notes yet

Did you get the Canadian to apply with applicants permission form? If so you are overdue and should contact them. If not I think it's 90 days? Can't remember. Check the site.

Access to information is avail to Canadian citizens for $5 with a 30 calendar day waiting period. However it requires the permission form of the applicant which you have to upload. Services etc will help you without that but for too much money and too long a wait. If that is what you already did contact them

Hi Sama2012, in your letter from SVO, did they say that after 6 weeks of remedical, if they do not contact us (which means our medical result is passed), then just send the passport with other docs to them. Diyabrar and me and others have the same instructions. I wonder why u need to wait for their request of passport?
