Can you tell me how long after SVO got you file officer started initial review and when its done?

Yes... File was rec'd at SVO on January 31st
We received AOR on Feb 15th
The initial review was done on March 25th

We ordered the first set of notes on May 2 and this last set on Aug 3rd... the only difference in the notes is the request for the notes in May.
We paid the RPRF on July 31st and sent a CSE to SVO and that is not indicated in these notes

Background checks are usually done after approval eligibility of sponsored person( interview waived)
Your file is in final decision I suppose.

I sure hope you are right and we are in the final phase!!
There have been a couple of other December applicants that have either rec'd PPR or went to In Process on ECAS.

The second person who isn't active on the thread but is on the Singapore Spreadsheet his wife is from Cambodia
Their was also a member from November from Vietnam that has already received his visa

No, mine was awful, except going for a movie Sat night. Weekends are usually boring, weekdays at least you might get a news from SVO
