Friends,
I am almost done with my applications. By this week will get my Wifes original police clerance and medical report.

Now I am planning to go to visit her next year on Jan so my plan is Jan19-Feb11. Need your advise if its ok or do I need to short my visit plan?

one question though: I also need to include the checklist IMM3907E right? just the Appendix A is enough, am I right? Other than that all the forms are for Srilanka/Pakistan folks and nothing for Bangladesh from what I saw, may be I missed something. Please correct me.

Since the first officer mentioned "recommend interview", I would highly recommend sending more proof of your relationship to SVO. It could be more photos of your engagement/holud/wedding/honeymoon that you haven't sent before, phone call logs (or skype call logs) to indicate you talk to your wife regularly, copies of plane tickets (and boarding passes, if you still have them) that shows you visited your wife regularly - basically anything that further proves that your relationship is genuine. For the wedding pictures, it's good to provide ones that has lots of people in it (not just the two of you) and people of various ages. Once you are officially on the interview list and you get the interview letter, the processing time could be quite long.

Actually, there is no country specific form for Bangladesh yet. So, you can submit only the original forms. I wouldn't include the IMM 3908E now as there is nothing specific to Bangladesh.

Yes, you can visit for short time.

Yes. If not, then they will send by mail.

No it is not Mandatory but it is an option that Singapore suggests. You can send registered mail too but then if you do not include a prepaid express envelope, then Singapore will send back the Passport in normal mail. You can send yourself the passport by registered mail and choose to pick-up in person, but then you have to wait till Singapore sends you notification that your Passport is ready for pick-up, then you can travel and pick-up.

VFS option is for both sending to Singapore and receiving from Singapore. You pay 4000 taka to VFS, they send it and receives it and notifies you by text. VFS sends and receives packages by DHL (as far as I know).

9 weeks pass still no news, i don't know wt the hell r they doing?


I don't know if they still alive or not , its long time no news is coming from them .
