Hi we just see the tracker update showing Eligibility completed, background not started, and we have not received pre-arrival letter. Did you receive the prearrival letter the same day of Eligibility completed ? Thanks

Anyone know how long Singapore VO takes to reply after asking for PCC. I already received pre arrival letter.

did you get any reply after submitting your PCC? I submitted on 16 March after that no updates

no both are in progress.. last update was medical passed since 6th March. BGC and Eligibility in progress since then. I'm near to my processing time just 3 more weeks

I hope so. my processing time shows 28/29 weeks I'm at my 27th week. hoping to hear some good news soon. Just BGC is stuck since 25th Feb. Do you check it on tracker or gc key?
