I've only seen this AOR2 sent out by SGVO.... Can anyone confirm other VOs are also doing this?

You could find this information on the column AA of the Tracker for 2021 Inland & Outland Applicants ! What I can see is most PA do not receive the AOR2 email!!!

You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

I had applied for my PR in 2019. Got the AOR in 2019 as well. Now it is Nov 2021 and my EE profile shows that it is still being processed. Very recently, I got an email from them saying that they are still looking into my application. The last message from them on my EE profile is from Sep 2019. This wait is killing me.
