You need to show the Invitation letter from Canada after you received the ITA. Upload the invitation letter in the appeal form. The same letter can be shown for spouse also. This method was successful for me.
Thanks Balaji! +1 for you. I will try it out :D

Appeal takes more days to approve, send a mail to them asking for update. BTW was your spouse resided in Singapore more than 6 months ? PCC is applicable for person who stayed more than 6 months.

Hey Bala ,
My ceritificate of clearence appeal got rejected as I did not submit the invitation letter. I just submitted the form provided in the CIC site. Now i can submit the one with express entry profile. But problem is they also want the same for my wife. They want her name to be in th invitation letter. How can i handle it ?

Thanks ,

I did the eappeal for my spouse but it was rejected as they required IRCC to provide a letter stating his name and that he needs a COC

Exactly the same thing happened to me and not sure how to deal with this. Are you planning to raise a request with CIC ?

I wanted to raise a request with CIC or case specific enquiry but it mentioned that the application has to be submitted first. I am not ready to submit my application at this moment.

Thanks brother. Currently we are seeing a trend that OCT & NOV SGVO applicants with upfront RPRF are getting BGIP faster than others.

Congrats once again!
Dear Mr. Fahad,

I am paper-based (MPNP) applicant from Dhaka and recently got AOR from SGVO. I have paid RPRF upfront. Would you please share your views about upfront Medical.
