SIN Renewal : Is Post Graduate Work Permit Approval Letter Fine ?

Hi,

I have applied for PGWP but my SIN is expiring on 31st july. Can i go to Service Canada with as soon as it gets approved and i can see a message inside my cic account or I have to wait for the physical work permit letter to renew my SIN number ?

I think service Canada would like to see the physical copy of PGWP. Do you have any job offers ? if you are in hurry, you can go to closest border and get your PGWP from there.

Regardless of the SIN number hopefully you know you are on implied status pending a decision on the PGWP so can work in the mean time.
