SIN NUMBER DOUBT

Good afternoon y'all,

2 days ago I went to Canada Inmigrant Services to get my SIN number; however, I couldnt get it because I have an observation on my Study Permit that states the following:

Can only engage in employment after the pre-English assessment classes are completed.

However, I already did this assessment. They asked me to get a new study permit without that observation, but I was wondering if I could just ask my college to send me a certification that I have completed it.

You need your certificate showing completion, LOA for new program and then apply to change the conditions of your study permit.

The school you are attending. Assume it is the same school you are attending and you need ESL to start a program there.
