Simplified process or Regular Process

I am presently in USA as a student and just finished my Masters in USA. I want to apply for a permanent residency under Skilled worker. Which application process is applicable for me Simplified or Regular.
I am a citizen of INDIA.

1. You don't have a choice, if you file to Buffalo, full application, to Delhi SAP.

These days by default you have to apply by Simlified Application, There is no other way.

What is difference between SImplified process and Regular Process.

Regular process includes all Immigration documents, fees, forms and the SAP only includes fees and forms and if required they will ask for all the immigration documents at a later stage.
