I have one silly question. Is it possible that even after encasing ur DD cic can give a negative eligibility review? If yes is then will cic issue a refund?
My DD was encashed on 1st August and my application reached on 12th May.

It is rare but it does happen that rejections occur after fee cashing. Usually for job duties mismatch.
