Step 3: Upload your documents
Here are some guidelines for your documents:
Your form(s) and document(s) must be in an electronic format.
You do not need to sign your application form by hand if you submit your application form online. You will be asked to provide a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC.
One file will be allowed per document type. For example, if you are asked to provide multiple pages of your passport, you must scan and save all pages as one file.
You will be required to upload every requested form and document. You will not be able to proceed to the next steps until you upload every form/document.
A "help" feature provides you with more information about each form/document. The help text will appear below the list of documents.
The maximum size for each file is 4 MB (four megabytes). We accept these file formats:
PDF (Portable Document)
JPG, TIFF, or PNG (Image)
DOC or DOCX (Microsoft Word Document.
If your file is bigger than 4 MB, you should reduce the size. Here are some tips for making reducing your file size.

Do not stop at any stage Validate your application and then you just keep going ahead after or just before making payment you will have a option yes or no, ticking yes= signing. As I have already applied by the same method.
there is no need to print, however, You have to write down your and your family names in your native language. this even can be done without taking a print out.

Is it absolutely necessary that we should write the names in the family form only in native language... And in the Family Information form, there are places where, only if we sign, we agree that we have no children, etc.... So what did you do for that....asimabbas said:

May I know the link on how to apply online? Is it for everyone or there are

1-I uploaded Scan copy of my own Bank Statements. You can Upload any documents(Multi pepers) related to Proof of supporting Funds, such as Sponser letter, Property peper, as well as Bank statement. As long as they have to be in one file.
2- Yes, It is, You have to write in Your native language as well as english. If you do not have a child then as I told you when you agree (by ticking yes) that the information you have given is true, that means you sign both of the form. You do not need to sign any where.

A- Not for us(If you are still being said to upload it then you have done something wrong. go back to the form you filled and refill out the related question.
B- It is for SOP and anyother supporting letter

Has anyone completed and submitted the form online? I am not allowed to write
chinese character in my name. if I put my chinese name then it becomes color
red and then said that the character is not allowed. It indicate also there
that I should fill up separate form for TRV for companion 18 above but
my daughter is 18 and below. Do I have to fill it if she has plan to get TRV
because during vacation she will go to Canada.

And Where to upload our Bachelors transcript, TOEFL/GRE Marksheets, Work Exp certificate, etc... Did you upload these... Why I am asking is, I am thinking of combining all the above documents into one file and upload in this "Letter of explanation" section....
Hi everyone! just to verify, can we upload DOCX FORMAT in online application. I'm just worried because i have one file that i saved thru DOCX format and its already submitted. Thank you!
