Yes, message is still there. No reply to my email or form.
But I was able to call IRCC, they said nothing required from me and ignore the message.

Still seeing. Sent a message through contact form, and sent an email to my processing office. No reply.

I don't think its a valid message. Seomeone said they're seeing this message even after they've completed the entire process incl oath and the certificate.
