Signatures at the end of SCHEDULE A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)

Hi folks,

I just wanted to confirm that on Page 4 of 4 of the form SCHEDULE A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669):
1. I am supposed provide signature in the top part.
2. The bottom part below the sentence "DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW. ..." is supposed to be left empty at the time of application submission ?

Could any senior (deeper in the process) here provide some intel into how far in the process this bottom part will become relevant ?
