Signature in letter of explanation, English or native language?

I don't know whether my signature should be written in English or my native language. Can someone kindly explain?
Also I've seen people claiming that you don't need to sign signature in LoE, is that true? Thanks!

Do you mean the act of adding the signature is unnecessary?

Not necessary

It means you are not accepting any terms or condition that requires your signature. So LoE doesnt necessarily need a signature, but no issue if you sign it
