I used sign-in partner option to access myCIC express entry profile. I have received new card from my bank and was unable to access my EE application.

Below are the steps i did to link the EE application with New account:

1. Use New card number and password to login myCIC

2. Click 'Link Application to your Account'

3. Choose category 'Permanent Residence' and sub-category 'Express Entry'

4. Select 'Application Number & Family Name'

5. Application number: EXXXXX

6. Family Name: XXXXX (enter the same upper case/lowercase you entered in your application)

7. City/Town of Birth: XXXXX (enter the same upper case/lowercase you entered in your application)

8. Country of Birth: XXXX (Select from drop-down)

9. PASSPORT SECTION - should not be entered

10. What language of test: XXXX (I choose CELPIP on my case)

11. Test ID: XXXX (For CELPIP, just enter registration number and don't give PIN number). Note: In help (?), it asks for PIN but just avoid it.

12. Test Date: XXXX (your test appeared date - pull from drop-down)

13. Click 'SEARCH'.

14. You will get message 'Thank you for entering for your information. We compared it with our system and found: an application that matches the information you entered'.

15. Choose 'Link my application'

16. You should be able to see your EE application now under your new account. Also, you will get email confirmation on your registered email stating 'your application is linked to new account'

17. Logout and Login again to confirm 'All is Good'

ALL THE BEST!!
