Siblings Visitor's Visa Application

Good day!

I am inviting my 2 siblings to visit me in Manitoba. Ages 23 and 21.
Both are Students in my home country.
The oldest is in Seminary and the youngest is about to enter University in October.

Can I file 1 application or Separately?

Yes they are both adults. Just warning you that they will likely struggle to get visas as students since they won’t have strong ties to their home countries like jobs or property or their own resources to pay for the trips.

1. Somehow I don't think HE works for Immigration. They will need a pretty good reason to visit Canada and who is going to fund their travels.
