I has recently got my copr and is planning to move to Canada next month. My brother have also applied for Canada PR under Express entry. However his score is below the cutoff points. In order to leverage 15 points under the ' Siblings living in Canada' category what proof do I need to get for my brother (eg.: tenancy agreement, utility bill, etc). Also can my brother collect these proofs in my first month or is there a minimum time limit that i needs to stay in Canada so my brother can claim it ? Please advise.

Your Brother would need proof that you are a Permanent Residency, birth certificate showing both of you having the same father, a bill with your address in Canada.

Thank you,
But can he show only 1 month utility bill or does he have to show that i am living in canada for 6month or more ,coz we want to claim point asap

1. There is no time limit as to how long you have to have lived in Canada. He can't claim the points until you have "landed" and have a residential address.
