Hi,

My wife (main applicant) and I (dependent) neglected to mention our siblings info when applying for her student permit and my work permit 2 years ago (currently, we are waiting for the biometry to proceed with her PGWP). Today I (main applicant this time) was invited to apply for the PR. But this time I want to inform about my siblings.

My question is: "the fact of NOT informing the siblings in previous process can impact negatively in the PR process and/or my wife PGWP process?"

Note 1: It is not about including siblings in the process. It is only informing their names, date of birth etc.
Note 2: having or not siblings didn't give us any advantage in the process. We just neglected.

Thank you!

You both "neglected" to mention your siblings?

This only really becomes an issue if (a) the siblings are for some reason a factor that would cause a visa officer to change their mind, and thus, you committed misrepresentation, or (b) if a visa officer notices that you hadn't declared siblings and takes issue with it. (B) is not likely to happen.
