Hello all,​

my sister claimed my Points as PR, and she got invite today (assuming i would be PR by now)
but i havent received my ecopr yet, Can she wait and apply when i get my ecopr or she will have decline this invitation.

my stage is-
P2- Jan 15, 2026 (montreal vo)

If you don’t get eCOPR before she applies to you can’t claim points. Technically you shouldn’t have actually claimed the points if you weren’t eligible for them and if you only got selected because you had the extra points that could still be problematic.

Thank you for reply, she haven’t received ITA even after 24 hours yet. May be will pass on this one then
