Shut down company for canadian PR

I have worked for the company named sharanayas international for 5 years as a part of 7 years IT experience.This company got shutdown due to financial issues i have the offer letter and form 16 old documents for this company.Will i be eligible for express entry for canadian PR application?

Your company seems to have almost no online presence. In this case your application will take a very long time to process as the agents might have to employ man power to research your company if they choose to do so.

Agreeing with WarHammer, Shranayas International has no online presence, even of it's existence, the only website that I am able to see regarding this company is this website on google search results and IRCC does look up for companies online on Google and LinkedIn.

If your company was an private limited or LLP, which was registered with the MCA, thus having information that can be verified, it will be somewhate easier, otherwise it would be too difficult for IRCC to verify and can take an extremely long waiting time.
