Shows 100% Processed; No Updates from CIC

Hello! Wondering if people in the forum can help me in regards to the processing time shown in my application.

It has been almost +6 months since my application has started showing this as the status but I have not got any updates from CIC nor have I been successful in my emails to them and webportal communication.

Is anyone else stuck in the same boat with me?

Will like to know what should I do ahead.
