Showing ineligible after recent changes on Nov 19 2016

I was showing eligible till last month. Until the last change in addition of 50 points came in effect from Nov 19 2016.

WES - Vaild (Three Years University) Outside Canada.
IELTS - 7 Band overall (R7,W6,S7,L8)
CAD Exp - 1 year+ (Still working in Canada on ICT) NOC A 2171
Outside CAD Exp: 10+
Amount: As required.
WP Valid till Oct 31 2017

Still showing ineligible. What could be the reason? Please help.

What's your CRS score? Did you update and transmit your application?

Scores as per CRS calculator shows 268 and I am eligible. Yes, the status ineligible shows after transmitting the form.

what does each section say when you click 'view submitted application'?
Does it say 'transmitted' or something else?

That is really strange.
Can you post a screenshot of the page where it says 'not eligible'?
