It is a 4 month course. Why does he need to show these apartments as assets? They aren’t his and show no ties to his country since he is 25 years old. And again why put them in his name temporarily for a 4 month course.
any supporting documents have better chances for a visa . course is 4.5 months in length full time though

That’ll constitute misrepresentation. Don’t ruin your friend’s life like that.
you can transfer the asset to a person's name get the required document then re-transfer back... where do you see misrepresentation?

because he’ll be lying about the fact that the property in fact actually belongs to his mother. is his mother actually giving him the property? no right? then it isn’t his and he shouldn’t claim it as his! this is a serious ethical issue you know?

you know what, you seem stuck on your decision to advise him to lie about his application. go ahead and see what happens then.

I suggested transferring with notar from his mother to his then get the required documents showing he owns the apartments then re-transfer it back to his mother.
I told him to do it but he is not sure. I will tell him when he will get rejection.
