Show mother account as Settlement Funds

Hello guys,

My mother and my aunt has a joined bank account, they want to show that bank account for my settlement fund. Can i show their account as my fund? What i have to do show their account as my fund?
Please help me with this.

No you cant use ur mother's fund. Just transfer her fund to ur account, make a gift deed and use that your own account statement and explain with gift deed.

Is the case same for showing solvency for study visa? or my mother can show that she is giving my expense?
