Should withdraw the case of college because 4 months and 20 days passed no reply

Can anybody confirm if they stamp the refusal in Passport? I heard/ read somewhere they don't stamp it anymore.

I think they don't stamp it, record is there in their information systems...

It is confirmed that they don't stamp your passport with refusal. They have a database where they maintain your record against your UCI and there they give the details and reason of refusal.

So you won't be getting stamp on your passport if the worse happens.

Chc is issuing visas to indian students but why they are not including pakistani college students? Any reason for this or they only changed the policy for PAKISTAN. EVEN i know pakistani consultant really broke our image because of deceivig the students.

Our image precedes us and this is the fact we can't deny that,image building will take time. Poor course and private institute selection is also a big cause.Secondly from the forum posts it is evident that Students from Indian Punjab are also in trouble....

I think if CHC ISB VO dont want to issu visas but plz atleast reply should be in time of 11 working weeks so that we could again apply or apply somewhere else.

This is something strange that even they never replied to any of my email..

I also emaled and even wrote a detailed letter with reference of cic website but they have not not replied only instead of issuing my file number and informed me that if any other documents are required by VO :which is not looking hahahahaba: we will call you.

Our lack of planning, government policies and the image our seniors / candian pakistanis are making is affecting our coming generation. If you had read the article about the stuff Pakistanis are doing in Canada then you would find all your answers.

You know the oldest pakistani in CANADA is my close relative his name is JAMAL KHAN. my most family members are there from last more than 50 years. All of them are doing business i discuss it with them they clearly said PAKISTAN image is ver negative here even nowadays they are strickly tightening the rules for pakistanis just because of pakistanis people behavior.

ummmm inam i read that article so thats why college students from pakistan are discourged because of our own <efficiencies>. When the visa officer will read such stories of us how he can allow more of us to go there.
