Should we mail Swift copy (Receipt) of 10,100 CAD to Scotia Bank after transferring the funds...,Please reply.,I did transfer on 17th July and still waiting for the certificate..,

Yes, send a swift copy to scotia bank and if you observe from some of the recent posts scotia bank has taken 8to9 days to issue GIC certificate after the date of wire-transfer.

Since you have wire-transfered the amount on 17th July , you can expect the GIC certificate today or tomorrow.

Thanks siddesh for your reply.,But I didn't mail my Swift copy to Scotia Bank People.,as they clearly said not to send any mails after transferring of funds..,Please let me know now.,whether i should mail them now..,and for which mail id i am supposed to mail..,

Mine came in 6 working days and i submitted by file in vfs on 15th july

I am still waiting for my certificate.,I got everythng ready other than GIC., the movement i receive GIC.,wil file the VISA.

Because of strike already there is so much delay.if your applying for delhi chc then its okay

And i have seen few people filing visa with only Swift Copy.,
I am from Hyderabad.,Can i Do the same.,or shall i wait for the GIC.,

Wait for the gic and dont send swift copy to the bank...as they are not able to process gic certificates because a lot of students are mailing them queries and swift copy.wait for certificate and then apply.you are applying from hyderabad it means your file will go to delhi chc.delhi chc is processing visas fast

and after transferring the funds to my GIC account i didn't mail them any swift copy of my funds transferred to my GIC account.,am i supposed to mail them with the swift copy..

No you are not supposed to send...some students send thr swift copy..dont know why
