U can apply urself but in Canada most of the colleges and uni reginal offices are working in India, our application usually goes there, may be any mistake can lost ur time. U should hire consultant to apply because he will be responsible of ur LOA. More see ur mail.

Consultancy has no influence on Letter of Acceptance. Admission and visa process is very easy. Try to do it by yourself.

On the website, there is no mentioning of any affiliations for Canada.

So I guess she is not authorized representative.

Did she fill out the form IMM5476 "Use of Representative". If not then she is not authorized to represent application of Study permit for Canada.

PLEASE I HAVE A QUETION TO ASK, MY SPONSOR DO NOT HAVE A TAX CLEARANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE EMBASSY BUT HAS A FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR HIS COMPANY, IS IT OK?

Tax doc is not necessary and none the CHC requirement but Bank statement is most important.
