Hi,
I have a PR and am planning to apply for an spousal sponsorship for my wife, and submit her work permit application with this, but I want to know if I can go to Niagara and flagpole for her work permit so this speeds up the process.

My wife is from the U.K and she is now living with me.

Can you please advise?

Thanks

Maybe clarify your post given your thread heading implies your wife has a seperate work permit application but your post implies the work permit application is part of an inland spouse application. If the latter and I can be corrected believe you would need to wait for the process to go through given in first instance you need to be approved as a sponsor and the application needs to be evaluated as complete and genuine. Average wait time for the work permit part of an inland has been posted on this forum as about 4 months.

Bs65 is correct. Unless your wife qualifies for a work permit independently some other way, she can only apply along with the inland PR app and it takes 3-4 months to get the OWP.

No - she cannot. She needs to apply for the OWP along with spousal sponsorship and wait approximately four months for it to be approved.
