Hi everyone,

1- Should invitation letter be notarized?
2- Is there a template that everyone fills for invitation letter or is every case different and it's best to write a very heart touching letter?

Thanks,

Why would you think it has to be notarized? (Please don't say everybody does it)

Thanks for the detailed info.

I see on the forum that some people get medical requests and some don't. Should we do medical upfront? My mother-in-law has to travel to do medical so I would like her to do this with bio-metrics if this is required rather than taking another trip again.

"Note: When medical results are submitted up-front, routine cases benefit from faster processing since CIC does not have to request them at a later date. If you choose to have an upfront medical exam, you must submit proof that you completed the medical examination with your application. Failure to do so may result in processing delays."

Thanks,
