Should inform CIC about my phone number change?

I have recently applied for PR. I don't remember if in PR application they asked for phone number. If so, shall I inform CIC about my new phone?
The phone number that I had before is not valid any more.

and they do ask for contact information such as phone number , email etc when you apply for PR.
